Isgcawu Somnotho Holdings is a Level 1 B-BBEE construction firm based in the Northern Cape, serving residential, commercial, mining, and infrastructure markets. They had the contracts, the capability, and the credentials - but no brand presence to match. Ronald Radebe's directive was clear: lead with capability and quality. B-BBEE credentials are supporting evidence, not the headline.
