WHAT IF I DO NOT LIKE IT?

You approve every stage before we proceed. We do not build in secret and hope for the best. You see concepts, you give feedback, we refine. Two revision rounds are included in every project.

If after 2 full revision rounds you are genuinely unhappy with the direction, we refund your deposit minus design time at R500/hour. We have never had to use this policy - but it exists because transparency matters.

FREQUENTLY ASKED

What if I need changes after delivery?

Additional revisions are charged at R500/hour, or you can purchase a revision pack. Returning clients get priority scheduling.

Can I see work in progress?

Yes. We share progress via WhatsApp at every stage. You will never be left wondering what is happening with your project.

What formats do I get?

Source files (.ai, .psd, .fig), production files (.pdf, .png, .jpg), and web files (.html, .css, .js). You own everything.

Do you work weekends?

We deliver on deadline regardless. Our schedule is our problem, not yours. If the deadline is Monday, it ships Monday.

What if my project is urgent?

A rush fee of 50% applies for delivery under 7 days. We will confirm feasibility before you commit.

Do you work with clients outside Johannesburg?

Yes. We serve Cape Town, Durban, and globally. Remote-first since day one. Your location does not limit our impact.
