Thereafter Aleph Creative-Hub will send you a Formal Quote with included terms & conditions and get you setup with a Creative Agreement to start working on your new project. This includes a Project Plan, deliverables, and a pricing structure.

All services offered by Aleph Creative-Hub are initiated with a 50% deposit, no exceptions. This allows us to better manage our workflow and ensures that our clients are satisfied with the progress of their projects. 

Aleph Creative-Hub accepts EFT payments.

Payments made in respect of Hosting and Domains are payable 2 days in advance, so as to permit Aleph Creative-Hub adequate administration time to process the payment and allocate it to the Clients domain and hosting account.

Please note that payments for hosting or domain registrations are non-refundable. This includes payments that are paid monthly, bi-annually or yearly. That said payments are refundable in rare cases that the client’s website experiences large amounts of downtime from the server side. If this happens the amount refunded can be negotiated with Aleph Creative-Hub.

In the case of a website being suspended due to non-payment a re-connection fee will be payable before the website is unsuspended.

As a full service agency, we provide a variety of services. We maintain your current website and make basic updates and changes when needed. This can also include blog content that you provide. We charge a fee of R1,550 per month for basic website maintenance and updates.

If you’d like to start working on your urgent project right away, an additional fees will be incurred starting at a R1550 surcharge payable with the quoted deposit.
