The Village of Peace in Dimona, Israel, is home to the African Hebrew Israelite community, a fully vegan, plant-based settlement established since 1969. They had home kitchens, cooperative farms, bakeries, and over 50 years of heritage, but no digital presence. Community members of varying technical literacy needed a platform that worked in both English and Hebrew, and the entire thing needed to ship in days, not months.
